Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely dispatch of goods, proper storage, and smooth warehouse operations while leading the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and delivery teams.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Minimize stock loss and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience using MS Excel and warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
