HR Head
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Human Resources function.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Manage compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
Drive organizational development, training, and succession planning initiatives.
Prepare HR MIS reports and support management with HR analytics.
Coordinate HR operations across the Head Office and manufacturing plants.
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
8–15 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the manufacturing or agrochemical industry will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
