Recruitment Consultant (BDE)
Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh (Hybrid – Remote + Client Visits)
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (BDE) to manage client relationships, generate recruitment business, and coordinate hiring activities. The role involves visiting client plants, scheduling meetings, gathering manpower requirements, and ensuring timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client plants and offices to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule meetings with HR teams and management.
- Generate new recruitment mandates and maintain client relationships.
- Gather manpower requirements and coordinate hiring activities.
- Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate joining.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain client visit reports and recruitment updates.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and business development targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be based in Chhattisgarh.
- Prior experience in a Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Firm is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development.
- Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent client visits and field work.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
