Position Overview
The Revenue & Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing existing clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, increasing revenue through upselling and renewals, resolving client issues, and acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
The primary objective is 100% client satisfaction, maximum client retention, and continuous revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Handle all assigned clients from onboarding to project completion.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Respond to client queries professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Increase revenue through:
- Cross-selling
- Upselling
- Renewals
- Repeat business
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate collections.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate with Legal, Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Operations teams.
- Ensure timely filing and completion of client work.
- Monitor project timelines.
- Escalate delays before deadlines.
Client Communication
- Daily follow-up with clients.
- Share project updates.
- Handle complaints professionally.
- Resolve issues within defined TAT.
CRM Management
- Update CRM daily.
- Maintain complete client records.
- Track every interaction.
- Generate weekly reports.
Revenue Reporting
Prepare reports on:
- Daily Revenue
- Monthly Revenue
- Client Retention Rate
- Repeat Client %
- Pending Payments
- Client Satisfaction Score

Pay: ₹14,997.39 - ₹76,579.38 per month
