We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Telesales Manager to lead our telecalling operations, drive patient conversions, and ensure excellent customer engagement.
Job Summary
The Telesales Manager will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calling operations, overseeing lead conversion activities, achieving walk-in targets, maintaining CRM accuracy, and guiding the telesales team to achieve performance goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective patients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed clinic appointments and walk-ins.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Generate revenue through effective lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Contact existing and prospective patients to promote clinic services.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide Tele Advisors to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and communication standards.
CRM & Database Management
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Update lead status and follow-up activities in CRM software.
- Track and monitor patient journeys and conversion ratios.
- Generate performance reports and sales insights.
Customer Service & Operations
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient issues.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient experiences.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Training & Development
- Train and mentor team members on sales processes and customer engagement.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure quality standards and first-call resolution practices are maintained.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Telesales
- Telecalling
- Inside Sales
- Call Center Operations
- Healthcare Sales
- Customer Service
