We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executive Interns.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product onboarding and basic troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the defined response time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution of their queries.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
Eligibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
