KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and management MIS reports.
- Conduct project delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop recovery schedules to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Monitor resource allocation, productivity, and project performance.
- Track project costs and schedule variances.
- Present project progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved timelines.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- B.E. in Civil Engineering (a post-graduate qualification in Construction Management or Project Management is preferred).
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction/ PMC projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site execution processes.
- Expertise in delay analysis techniques, earned value management (EVM), and risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for advanced reporting and analysis.
- Sound understanding of BOQ, project drawings, technical specifications, and contract terms.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring planning teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with claims management and EOT documentation is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹117,000.00 per month
