About the Role
As the Associate Director – Biddable Media, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of campaigns across Search and Social platforms for key clients. You’ll be responsible for driving performance outcomes, managing senior stakeholders, mentoring high-performing teams, and shaping best-in-class paid media strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, deep platform expertise, and proven leadership in scaling digital performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

Lead digital media strategy development across Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with client business goals.

Develop integrated performance frameworks that drive measurable ROI, audience growth, and acquisition efficiency.

Partner with internal teams (Data, Creative, Analytics, and Strategy) to design holistic, full-funnel digital strategies.
Client and Stakeholder Management

Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with marketing leads and decision-makers.

Translate business objectives into actionable media strategies, with data-driven recommendations.

Present quarterly business reviews and performance insights to senior client stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Development

Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Analysts to deliver high-quality, on-time campaign execution.

Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence within the team.

Ensure ongoing upskilling on platform updates, automation tools, and measurement methodologies.
Operational and Performance Excellence

Oversee campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting across search and social channels.

Leverage automation, AI, and advanced bid strategies to enhance campaign efficiency.

Ensure best practices in audience targeting, creative testing, and measurement frameworks.

Partner with analytics teams to drive deeper insights on attribution, incrementality, and performance lift.

Qualifications and Experience

8–10 years of experience in Biddable Media / Performance Marketing, with hands-on and strategic exposure to Search and Social platforms.

Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-market campaigns and high-value accounts.

Expertise in campaign management tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and performance tracking.

Experience managing and developing teams of 5–10 members.

Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
