About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, and social media management. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain call records.
- Assist in lead generation and database management.
- Support digital marketing activities across social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of social media marketing.
- Previous internship or academic project in marketing is an added advantage.
