We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient/customer interactions, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer service experience at the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient/customer inquiries and appointments
- Maintain good customer relationships and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with front office and other departments
- Manage calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally
- Support daily administrative and front office activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in customer service/front office preferred
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
