Reports To: Play Area Manager [1]Job PurposeYou will bring the playground to life by guiding children through interactive engineering and construction activities. Your primary goal is to ensure a safe, high-energy, educational, and unforgettable experience for young builders and their parents.Key Responsibilities
- Zone Facilitation: Guide children safely as they operate miniature excavators, RC trucks, tractors, and interactive building toys.
- STEM Learning Support: Assist children in the DIY Workshop with hands-on engineering projects and building blocks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Safety & Supervision: Actively monitor play zones to prevent accidents, enforce playground rules, and maintain a secure environment.
- Guest Engagement: Welcome families with high energy, explain how the engineering toys work, and answer questions.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep play zones, tools, and machinery organized, sanitized, and neatly arranged throughout the day.
- Event Support: Assist with birthday parties, school field trips, and special weekend workshop events.
- Experience: Previous work in play zones, preschools, event management, or customer service is a plus.
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma / 12th Pass (Candidates with a background or interest in Early Childhood Education or basic STEM/Science are highly preferred).
- Personality: Enthusiastic, patient, high-energy, and genuinely loves interacting with children.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is a strong advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and engage with children for extended periods. [1]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
