We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Dhee Coding Lab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting student placement activities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Interact with clients and understand their hiring requirements
* Generate and develop new business opportunities
* Coordinate and support student placement activities
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Share suitable candidate profiles based on client requirements
* Follow up with clients and ensure smooth hiring process execution
*Requirements:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Good understanding of recruitment or placement processes (preferred)
* Proactive and target-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Role Objective:*
To bridge the gap between clients and candidates by ensuring successful placements and long-term client partnerships.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
