RemoteProz helps U.S.-based companies build and manage remote teams by providing IT staffing, staff augmentation, and remote talent solutions. We are looking for an experienced IT Staffing Specialist / IT Recruiter who can support the sourcing, screening, and placement of IT professionals for U.S. clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT professionals for U.S.-based client requirements.
- Understand client job descriptions, technical requirements, experience levels, and candidate expectations.
- Search for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently requested IT roles.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, communication skills, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and qualification calls.
- Verify candidate information, employment history, skills, availability, and contact details.
- Present qualified candidates to the client/team with clear candidate summaries.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Track submissions, interviews, rejections, offers, placements, and candidate status.
- Build talent pools for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Salesforce/ERP professionals, and other IT positions.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to understand new client requirements and staffing opportunities.
- Research U.S. companies that are hiring IT professionals remotely or using offshore/India-based talent.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for contract staffing, staff augmentation, and remote IT teams.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, IT staffing, technical recruiting, or talent sourcing.
- Good understanding of common IT roles and technical skill requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Google X-Ray search.
- Experience using job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate resumes against job requirements.
- Experience working with an ATS, CRM, or recruitment database.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work with U.S.-based clients and accommodate U.S. time zones when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for U.S. clients.
- Experience with U.S. IT staffing or staff augmentation.
- Knowledge of U.S. recruitment terminology and hiring practices.
- Experience sourcing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Indeed, Dice, Wellfound, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience maintaining recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
