Role: Senior PCB Design Engineer

Timings: 9:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 2–10 years of PCB design experience, including high-speed digital and RF circuits. At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience with electronic warfare (EW) or radar systems.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled PCB Design Engineer with expertise in digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuit design. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end PCB design, from requirements analysis to production support, ensuring high-performance, reliable, and manufacturable designs.
Key Responsibilities: -
◆ Requirements Analysis & Specification Review
Analyze module-level requirements and technical specifications
Define design objectives, constraints, and performance targets
Ensure alignment with system-level architecture
◆ Circuit Design & Architecture Development
Perform detailed circuit analysis and design robust architectures
Optimize trade-offs between performance, reliability, and cost
Ensure scalability and manufacturability of designs
◆ Component Engineering & Datasheet Interpretation
Select components based on electrical, thermal, lifecycle, and cost factors
Perform in-depth datasheet analysis and validation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and design standards
◆ Schematic Design & Lifecycle Management
Own complete schematic design (hierarchical design approach)
Develop and validate circuit designs
Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams
◆ PCB Layout Design & Implementation
Lead end-to-end PCB layout including stack-up, placement, and routing
Ensure optimization for:
o High-speed signal integrity
o RF performance & controlled impedance
o Mixed-signal isolation & noise reduction
o Power integrity & thermal performance
◆ Design Verification, Simulation & Compliance
Perform simulations: SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and thermal analysis
Validate design performance against specifications
Ensure compliance with IPC, MIL-STD, and industry standards
◆ DFM/DFT & Production Support
Ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Testability (DFT)
Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation
Assist in production release and issue resolution

Minimum Service Agreement:
24 months service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.
12 months service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
