Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume ad video editing with speed and precision
- Edit videos and create multiple content variations for performance marketing
- Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads
- Craft strong hooks, storytelling, and compelling CTAs
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality
- Continuously iterate and improve creatives based on performance data
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support production for stills and videos.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years (Freelance / Agency background preferred)
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Bonus: Experience with Final Cut Pro
- Strong short-form storytelling skills (cuts, transitions, pacing, sound & visual sync) tailored for social media.
- Ability to handle high output, fast turnaround, and rapid iterations
- Experience managing end-to-end production workflows
- Awareness of latest content trends, including animation, AR/VR, and immersive formats.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
