Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to support our customers in using our jewellery business software smoothly for their daily operations. The candidate will handle customer queries, provide basic product guidance, coordinate with the technical team, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and support tickets.
- Understand customer queries and provide clear solutions.
- Guide customers on software usage, billing, sales, purchase, inventory, reports, and basic accounts.
- Provide basic training and support to customers.
- Record customer issues clearly in the support system.
- Coordinate with the development and QA teams for bug fixes or technical issues.
- Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved.
- Maintain daily support updates and ticket status.
- Identify repeated issues and share feedback for product improvement.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand software screens and explain them to customers.
- Patience in handling customer queries.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to learn jewellery business workflows.
- Basic billing, inventory, or accounting knowledge is an added advantage.

Any degree / diploma can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in customer support, software support, billing support, or retail support is preferred.
Work Nature
- Office-based customer support.
- Customer coordination through phone, WhatsApp, email, and support ticket system.

- Shift-based work may be required based on support needs.
