Purchase Executive - Wire Harness
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Executive to manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and cost-effective supply chain processes.
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Handle procurement and purchase order processing.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports.
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
Support demand forecasting and production planning.
Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Resolve supply chain and logistics-related issues efficiently.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
Inventory and warehouse management
Procurement and vendor management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ERP or Oracle SCM Cloud
Time management and multitasking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in SCM, logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations
Freshers with relevant internships may also apply
Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement techniques
