Key Responsibilities
Enter daily production data, work orders, and output details into SAP accurately and on time.
Create, update, and close production orders in SAP as per production requirements.
Record material consumption, production output, scrap, and rework transactions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports from SAP and Excel.
Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with Stores for material issues, receipts, and inventory reconciliation.
Assist Production Planning in updating production schedules and monitoring work order status.
Support Quality and Production teams by maintaining inspection and batch-related records.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in production transactions.
Prepare reports on production efficiency, downtime, and material utilization.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of production-related data.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation procedures.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (B. Com, B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent preferred).
Diploma or certification in Computer Applications is an added advantage.
Experience
1–4 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Production Coordinator in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
