- Procure materials for corporate interior fit-out projects, including plywood, laminates, veneers, gypsum boards, ceiling materials, glass, hardware, modular furniture, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing items.
- Source and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors for material planning and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor databases and develop new supplier relationships.
- Ensure procurement activities are completed within project budgets and timelines.
- Verify material specifications, quantities, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement reports.
- Track material consumption and support inventory management.
- Follow up with suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
