Job Description – Medical Superintendent (As per MUHS Norms)
Organization: Raigad Hospital and Research Centre
Position: Medical Superintendent
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the overall functioning of the hospital.
- Ensure effective implementation of clinical, administrative, and statutory policies.
- Monitor patient care services and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with all clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with MUHS, NABH, NMC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee medico-legal matters, patient grievances, infection control, and quality assurance activities.
- Conduct medical audits and support accreditation processes.
- Manage manpower deployment, duty rosters, and emergency preparedness.
Qualification (As per MUHS Norms):
- MD/MS in any clinical specialty from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management is desirable.
Experience (As per MUHS Norms):
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor in a Medical College and Hospital, OR a total of 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in clinical and hospital administration in a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per month
