- Operate and monitor coal-fired thermic fluid heater safely and efficiently
- Maintain proper fuel feeding and combustion control
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and draft conditions regularly
- Ensure smooth operation of circulation pumps, ID fan, and FD fan
- Operate and check bag filter / pollution control system
- Maintain daily log sheets (fuel consumption, temperature, running hours)
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in maintenance activities
- Follow all safety procedures and SOPs in the plant
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in thermic fluid heater / coal-fired boiler operation
- Knowledge of coal firing, draft control, and ash handling
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and instruments
- Willingness to work in shift duties
Preferred:
- Boiler Operator Certificate (1st Class / 2nd Class)
- Experience in thermic fluid systems
