Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall branch performance
- Drive sales through the Agency Partner Channel (APC)
- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors / agents
- Ensure achievement of business targets (Premium & Revenue)
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching
- Maintain strong customer relationships and retention
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
