Inspection
Carry out goods inward inspection for all component parts (Raw material, bought-out, subcontracted material, packing material, consumables etc/ any Material entering the company. Ensuring proper compliance is maintained towards design specification and contractual requirements, testing as per relevant documents/specification, PO, drawings, catalogues,test certificate review etc.
Compare engineering drawings and items specification with the inward material
Record any non-conformances to specification requirements. Escalate the same to Section head for resolving such issues(deviations if required etc).
Report
Follow the systems defined at inward stage for monitoring quality.
Technical points
Provide help to third parties for inspection as per requirements of a customer/quality plan(wherever required).
Ensure material identification & traceability during inspection.
Preserve all quality related documents for defined time period as per record retention plan
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.E (Mechanical)
Location : Bhiwandi
Immediate Joiner or who can join within 15days
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
