Interior Designer (Residential & Commercial Interiors)
Job Description
Nirmeeti Nexus Spaces LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1.5–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
* Develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
* Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion or similar software.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams.
* Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor project progress.
* Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and presentation drawings.
* Assist in material selection, colour schemes, and design development.
* Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
* AutoCAD (Mandatory)
* SketchUp (Mandatory)
* Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray / Revit (Preferred)
* MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior detailing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience
* 1.5–3 years in Residential and/or Commercial Interior Design.
