Vishwas Solar Energy is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team in Varanasi. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about sales, customer handling, and business development in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers
- Visit clients and explain solar products and services
- Conduct field sales and client meetings regularly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups
- Promote company products in assigned areas
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, Construction, FMCG, Telecom, or Field Sales preferred
- Graduation is mandatory
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Candidate must own a bike and valid driving license
- Must be comfortable with field work and local travel
