The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with French-speaking clients, tracking sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. Experience in manufacturing or export-oriented industries will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customer records, sales pipelines, quotations, orders, and follow-ups within the CRM system. Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers and distributors. Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, customer analyses, and performance dashboards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
