About the Role
Array Platforms Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable company solutions and services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services or software sales will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and digital outreach platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
