Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer with 4–5 years of experience in software development, preferably with significant exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning-based applications. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven healthcare solutions, digital platforms, and intelligent automation systems that support Cadabams Group's clinical and operational initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
AI & Machine Learning Projects
- Develop and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.
- Work on machine learning models, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
- Integrate AI services into existing applications and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with data teams to process, analyze, and utilize healthcare data responsibly.
- Contribute to Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and chatbot-based solutions where applicable.
Application Integration & Innovation
- Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and AI platforms.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across healthcare operations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Work closely with product teams, clinicians, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and technical milestones.

- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or SaaS platforms is preferred.
