Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team in Panvel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, patients, and clients professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitor records and update customer databases.
Perform basic administrative and front desk duties.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Requirements:
HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
