BLACKBULL is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Project Finance Manager to lead corporate fundraising activities for client projects, business ventures, startups, expansion plans, acquisitions, and structured finance transactions.
This is a pure fundraising and fund management role. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying investors, arranging debt and equity funding opportunities, developing funding strategies, managing investor relationships, and supporting successful capital raising transactions.
This is a target-based position suitable for professionals with a proven track record in corporate fundraising, investment banking, project finance, private equity, venture capital, NBFC funding, structured finance, debt syndication, or institutional funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise funds for corporate projects, startups, expansion plans, and business acquisitions.
- Source debt, equity, venture capital, private equity, institutional, and strategic investments.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, funds, financial institutions, NBFCs, family offices, and lending partners.
- Structure fundraising proposals, financial models, investor presentations, and funding strategies.
- Conduct investor outreach and manage end-to-end fundraising processes.
- Coordinate due diligence, negotiations, term sheets, and transaction closures.
- Identify suitable funding opportunities based on project requirements.
- Work closely with management teams to understand capital requirements and funding objectives.
- Maintain a strong database of investors and funding sources.
- Achieve fundraising targets within specified timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or related field.
- MBA Finance, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, project finance, investment banking, debt syndication, private equity, venture capital, or structured finance.
- Strong network of investors, lenders, NBFCs, financial institutions, and funding partners.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital structures.
- Ability to independently manage fundraising mandates.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives (Subject to Experience and Performance)
