ECLTalk (by BLIG Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a live
language learning platform that connects tutors with
learners across India, the Middle East, and the rest
of the world through HD video classes.
Our built-in classroom includes:
- Real-time whiteboard + screen sharing
- Session recording + AI-powered session analysis
- In-classroom chat and file sharing
- HD video (no Zoom, Google Meet, or
any external tool needed)
Three session formats:
1. Instant Sessions — Learners connect with you the
moment you go online
2. Scheduled 1:1 Classes — Learners book slots you
publish in advance
3. Group Batches — Teach small groups (up to 6-10 learners)
in recurring cohorts

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Conduct live 1:1 and group classes through our
built-in HD video platform (web or mobile app)
- Help learners improve fluency, grammar, pronunciation,
and confidence
- Adapt lessons to each learner's goals — everyday
conversation, business English, interview prep, IELTS/
TOEFL/Cambridge exam preparation, travel, and more
- Provide brief written feedback after each session
- Set your own weekly availability for both scheduled
and instant sessions
- Manage bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and
vacation mode directly from the app or web dashboard

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Language proficiency — Native or near-native command
of English, French, Spanish, or German
- Experience — 1+ years of teaching or tutoring (online
experience preferred but not required)
- Education — Bachelor's degree in any field (a
Language / Education degree is a plus, not required)
- Skills — Clear communication, patience, and the
ability to make learners feel comfortable speaking
- Tech setup — Stable internet, laptop/PC with webcam
and microphone, Google Chrome (or the Android tutor
app for mobile-first management)
- Availability — Minimum 10–15 hours per week
- At least 12 hours of advance notice for scheduled
bookings (Instant Sessions are separate and
on-demand)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELE, DELF, or Goethe-Zertifikat
- Experience preparing learners for IELTS, TOEFL,
Cambridge, DELE, DELF, or Goethe exams
- Background in business English or corporate training
- Experience teaching across different age groups and
proficiency levels

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive Pay — Our 5-tier payout system rewards
your commitment. The more hours you teach on the
platform, the higher your hourly rate:
1:1 Sessions (Non-Native tutors):
₹250/hr (Tier 1) → up to ₹400/hr (Tier 5)
1:1 Sessions (Native tutors):
$7/hr (~₹580) → up to $11/hr (~₹915)
Group Classes (Non-Native):
₹160/hr → up to ₹260/hr
Group Classes (Native):
$6/hr (~₹500) → up to $10/hr (~₹830)
