Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 5–8 years of experience in B2B Software, SaaS, or Technology Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across India and international markets.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase business value.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Software Product Sales across India and international markets.

Proven track record of lead generation, sales pipeline management, revenue achievement, and selling SaaS solutions, software products, enterprise applications, or technology services to domestic and global clients.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
