Job Overview
The Operation Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end execution of on-ground activations, branding campaigns, and experiential marketing projects. This role requires strong vendor coordination, project management, and client servicing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete execution of retail branding, activation, and exhibition campaigns
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for branding, events, and OOH campaigns
- Plan and monitor project budgets from initiation to completion
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and excellent client service
- Coordinate project lifecycle from proposal to execution and delivery
- Maintain timelines, priorities, and workflow across multiple projects
- Handle vendor allocation, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure proper implementation of branding elements and activation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools, etc.)
