Customer Care Team – Candidate Requirements
Qualification
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
Age Criteria
- Candidates must be below 30 years of age.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound customer care.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven expertise in handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
Location Preference
- Preferably a local resident of Gurgaon.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
