Over the years, we have partnered in delivering numerous small, medium, and mega projects across GCC and India.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and plotting architectural and interior design drawings
- Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information, and/or sketch drawings
- Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings
- Producing large-scale documentation packages
- Preparing Shop & layout Drawings ( Architectural )
- Preparing as-built drawings, technical drawings, and plans.
- Preparations of Working Drawings.
- Checked Drawings for conformity and accuracy.
- Developed specification control drawings
- Survey of the project site and revision/updating of project drawings.
- Preparing to Cut list Drawings.
- Architectural Information
- Furniture/Fixture Plan
- Elevations and Wall Sections
- Joinery Coordination
- Electrical/Mechanical Coordination
- Floor Covering & Section Details
- Reflected Ceiling Plan and Ceiling Section Details
Required Qualification:
- Diploma or equivalent Degree in Engineering.
- The candidate should have good experience in AutoCAD.
- The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience.
- Must have GCC project experience.
