Eligibility
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers & candidates with up to 2 or more than years of sales experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and field activities.
✔ Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
✔ Explain company products, trading platforms, and investment solutions to customers.
✔ Conduct client follow-ups and ensure account activation.
✔ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
✔ Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
✔ Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
✔ Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
✔ Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
