Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Class 1 Mother Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for young learners. The teacher will be responsible for academic instruction, classroom management, student development, and maintaining effective communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and manage Class 1 students following the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
- Develop students' foundational skills in English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and general awareness.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioural development.
- Provide individual attention and additional support to students when required.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, notebooks, assessments, and other classroom documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and areas for improvement.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, competitions, and educational events.
- Encourage good manners, hygiene, communication skills, confidence, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Education/any relevant discipline; B.Ed/D.El.Ed preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Primary/Grade 1 students preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Patient, nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to connect with young children and make learning enjoyable.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to use digital teaching resources.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
