Job Summary
The Finance & Accounts Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in accounting, finance, taxation, banking, and financial management. The trainer will develop students' knowledge and practical skills using industry-standard accounting practices and financial software, preparing them for careers in finance, accounting, banking, taxation, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and Business Management.
- Teach accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial accounting, cost accounting, management accounting, and corporate finance.
- Train students in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP (FICO), or ERP systems, as applicable.
- Teach topics related to GST, Income Tax, TDS, Payroll Management, Banking Operations, Financial Statements, and Auditing.
- Conduct practical sessions on journal entries, ledger posting, trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet preparation, profit & loss account, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Assess students through written examinations, practical assessments, projects, and presentations.
- Mentor students in financial analysis, budgeting, taxation, and accounting projects.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, assessment reports, and training documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, financial regulations, and emerging financial technologies.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews and enhancing their employability skills.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality standards, and academic regulations.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery and learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with specialization in Finance or Accounting.
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA (Finance), CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), CS, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Certifications in Tally Prime, SAP FICO, GST, Financial Modelling, Advanced Excel, or ERP software will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, taxation, auditing, or teaching is preferred.
- Experience in vocational education, skill development, or corporate finance training will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,434.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
