Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Meet daily productivity
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and resolutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
