Job Description:
- Plan and execute jewellery merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor product movement, sales trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper product placement and availability.
- Track fast-moving, slow-moving, new, and seasonal jewellery collections.
- Prepare product-wise and category-wise sales reports.
- Coordinate stock replenishment based on sales demand and inventory levels.
- Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and sale events.
- Analyse competitor products, pricing, collections, and market trends.
- Coordinate with purchase and inventory teams for stock planning.
- Ensure jewellery is displayed according to company standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist sales staff with product knowledge, collection details, and selling points.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend suitable product/collection changes.
- Support visual merchandising for festive and promotional periods.
- Ensure proper tagging, pricing, product information, and display accuracy.
- Achieve assigned sales and merchandising KPIs.
