Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AVP Tech, Software Development Lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities:
Lead the Design and Development: Oversee and actively participate in the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance using C#, AngularJS, jQuery, AWS, MS SQL Server, any RDS.
Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions, assisting in the planning of Sprints that yield quality demonstrations.
Risk Assessment and Documentation: Conduct technical assessments of risks and issues, providing well-documented recommendations to guide decision-making.
Coordinate Solution Design: Collaborate with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market and achieve prioritized business outcomes.
Coach and Mentor the Team: Once production builds commence, guide the team in developing comprehensive technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
Facilitate Communication: Maintain regular communication with both technical and non-technical groups as part of ongoing product support, ensuring alignment and understanding across all stakeholders.

Requirements:
5+ years of designing, and developing utilizing common AWS services like EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, Any RDS, Streaming (Kafka), Messaging(SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), Caching(Redis, Ignite, Redshift, elastic), NO-SQL and API Gateway
10+ years of proficiency in at least one language C#, Java, Python, and experience in full-stack development.
10+ years of experience working with RDBMS technologies like MSSQL, Oracle, NOSQL or any RDS
5+ years with Linux/Unix scripts and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
3+ years of experience in a principal role by overseeing the development, creating strategic technology roadmaps, designing, and providing expert advice to other engineers.
Strategic thinking to use GenAI on daily basis and imporving efficieny and coching the teams with it on a daily baisis
