Drive direct sales and revenue growth across APAC markets with ownership of enterprise accounts.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through consultative, solution-led selling.
Manage the entire direct sales lifecycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Develop market entry and expansion strategies for new APAC regions and customer segments.
Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Operations, Engineering).
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Operations teams to ensure solution alignment and customer success.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance updates for leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–8 years of experience in direct B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Telematics, ADAS, Industrial Automation, or technology platforms.
Proven experience in enterprise and mid-market direct selling with consistent target achievement.
Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience managing multi-country or international customers within APAC is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Fluency in English; regional language skills are an added advantage.
