Role Overview
As Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Sales & Business Development, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Pranaliving and play a critical role in driving revenue, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role combines luxury retail sales, client relationship management, business development, and store operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Experience
- Deliver a world-class consultative sales experience to walk-in and appointment-based clients.
- Understand customer lifestyles, preferences, and wellness needs to recommend suitable sleep solutions.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales through relationship-based selling.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and hospitality professionals.
- Identify potential clients and proactively create sales opportunities.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, referrals, and outreach initiatives to expand brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain an active database of prospects and clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Drive repeat business and referral opportunities.
Store Leadership & Operations
- Ensure the Experience Centre consistently reflects the brand's luxury standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inventory tracking, customer service, and daily store management activities.
Sales Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Track enquiries, conversions, and business development activities.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve sales performance and customer engagement.
