The Corporate, Patient Liaisoning & Marketing Officer will be responsible for corporate patient acquisition, hospital marketing, corporate relationship management, patient liaisoning, insurance/TPA coordination, institutional tie-ups, and business development.
The officer will actively develop relationships with corporates, PSUs, government organizations, insurance companies, TPAs, doctors, referral sources, institutions, and other stakeholders to increase patient referrals and strengthen the hospital's market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Corporate Patient Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate patient referrals and admissions.
- Identify and approach potential corporate organizations, PSUs, government departments, institutions, schools, and other organizations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR departments, administrative officers, medical officers, welfare officers, and authorized representatives of organizations.
- Generate corporate patient leads and convert them into hospital visits/admissions.
- Regularly visit corporate offices and institutional clients for relationship building.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities, doctors, NICU, PICU, pediatric emergency, pediatric surgery, and other services.
- Conduct regular follow-up with existing corporate clients to increase patient referrals.
- Develop new corporate accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Prepare and submit corporate proposals, hospital profiles, service details, and empanelment documents.
- Track corporate leads, referrals, admissions, and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly reports on corporate business generated.
2. Corporate Relationship Management
- Maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Coordinate with corporate representatives regarding patient admissions, treatment, billing, discharge, and other requirements.
- Handle corporate patient referrals and ensure smooth coordination throughout the patient's hospital journey.
- Visit important corporate clients regularly and maintain an updated corporate contact database.
- Identify opportunities for new corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
- Coordinate renewal of existing agreements and empanelments.
3. Patient Acquisition & Referral Marketing
- Develop referral networks for pediatric and newborn patients.
- Build relationships with pediatricians, gynecologists, general practitioners, nursing homes, maternity centres, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers.
- Follow up with referral sources and maintain professional relationships.
- Promote specialized services including:
- NICU
- PICU
- Pediatric Emergency
- Pediatric & Neonatal Surgery
- Pediatric Neurology
- Pediatric Gastroenterology
- Pediatric Endocrinology
- Developmental Services
- Identify areas with potential for increasing patient referrals.
- Maintain records of referral sources and patient referrals.
- Monitor referral trends and provide feedback to management.
4. Hospital Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities for the hospital.
- Coordinate hospital promotional campaigns and awareness programs.
- Organize and promote:
- Health check-up camps
- Pediatric awareness programs
- School health programs
- Corporate health camps
- Doctor awareness sessions
- Community outreach programs
- CME/medical events
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media and online campaigns.
- Support the development of brochures, presentations, posters, corporate profiles, and other marketing materials.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Suggest new marketing opportunities to hospital management.
5. Insurance & TPA Coordination
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for corporate and insured patients.
- Follow up for pre-authorizations, enhancement approvals, queries, and discharge approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Coordinate with billing, medical records, nursing, and clinical departments.
- Track pending approvals, claims, queries, and payments.
- Maintain proper records of insurance/TPA correspondence.
6. Patient Liaisoning
- Act as a bridge between patients, attendants, doctors, hospital departments, corporate representatives, and management.
- Assist corporate and referred patients during admission, treatment, and discharge.
- Attend patient/attendant queries professionally.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for resolution of patient-related issues.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate serious issues to management.
7. Admission & Discharge Coordination
- Facilitate smooth admission of corporate, insurance, TPA, and referred patients.
- Coordinate documentation required for cashless treatment.
- Follow up for treatment approvals and extensions.
- Coordinate with billing and clinical departments for discharge authorization.
- Monitor unnecessary delays and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
8. Government, PSU & Institutional Liaisoning
- Develop relationships with government departments, PSUs, public sector organizations, and institutions.
- Coordinate empanelment and renewal processes.
- Follow up on agreements, approvals, claims, and payments.
- Maintain institutional correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate official meetings, visits, inspections, and presentations.
9. Referral & Lead Management
- Maintain a daily Corporate & Patient Lead Register.
- Record:
- Lead source
- Patient name/contact
- Corporate/institution
- Required service
- Follow-up date
- Status
- Admission status
- Revenue generated
- Ensure timely follow-up on every lead.
- Track lead-to-admission conversion.
- Identify reasons for lost leads and report them to management.
10. Daily Field Marketing
The officer will be required to undertake regular field visits to:
- Corporate offices
- PSU offices
- Government departments
- Insurance/TPA offices
- Nursing homes
- Pediatric clinics
- Maternity centres
- Diagnostic centres
- Schools and institutions
- Other potential referral sources
The officer shall submit a Daily Marketing Activity Report containing visits made, persons contacted, leads generated, referrals received, admissions, and follow-up requirements.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital marketing tools.
EXPERIENCE
Preferred: 2–5 years of experience in:
