Indian Ion Exchange & Chemicals Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Water Treatment Plants, RO Systems, DM Plants, Water Softeners, Filtration Systems, and Industrial Water Treatment Equipment. We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Technical Assistant to the General Manager to support technical operations, project execution, and strategic business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day technical and project progress reports, technical presentations, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Projects, Service, and Sales departments.
- Track manufacturing schedules, project timelines, and customer deliveries.
- Review engineering drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants regarding technical and project-related matters.
- Maintain confidential technical records and management reports.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
