QA Manager – Steel Foundry Core Responsibilities
- IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001): Implement and maintain integrated quality, environment, and safety systems; lead audits and certifications.
- PED (EU Pressure Equipment Directive): Ensure conformity assessment, material traceability, and compliance with Notified Body approvals for pressure equipment castings.
- NORSOK (Norwegian Oil & Gas Standards): Manage manufacturer qualification (M-650), offshore compliance testing, and strict documentation for oil & gas clients.
- IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations): Oversee material compliance, inspection, stamping, and certification for boiler-related castings.
Technical Oversight
- Lead chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, and NDT testing.
- Ensure calibration and accuracy of lab instruments.
- Validate test results and maintain documentation for global compliance.
Leadership & Customer Interface
- Train and mentor QA/QC teams.
- Coordinate with customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement and defect prevention culture.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
