Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
- Source and secure new freight opportunities
- Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
- Track shipments and provide status updates to clients
- Resolve any transportation issues, delays, or claims
- Maintain accurate records in TMS and company systems
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and margin targets
