Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. VCA Implementation Services (VIS) is the executional arm of VCA focused on delivering capability and expertise to clients; we do this by sourcing and hiring talent to embed within our client’s organisations.
What Manager, VCA Managed Services Managed Services People and Process Optimisation Lead does at Visa:
In this role you will help to guide and support the growth of the VCA Implementation Services business across the Asia Pacific region by leading the Talent & Vendor Strategy Office (TVSO) for VIS APAC, responsible for centralizing and scaling contingent workforce (contractor) hiring, vendor management, and operational delivery. Drive standardization, efficiency, and control across markets while enabling faster hiring and improved vendor outcomes.
TVSO acts as the execution layer for hiring managers—owning the “how” of hiring, onboarding, vendor engagement, and operations—so the business can focus on delivery.
The core responsibilities of the role include:
People and Process Optimisation

Own the centralisation of contingent worker hiring, vendor onboarding & procurement operations across APAC

Consistently optimise by removing bottle necks, resolving escalations, complex cases and market specific challenges. Focus on creating efficiency by reducing cycle time, reducing vendor cost and eliminating duplication of work.

Drive continuous improvement across TVSO processes by identifying efficiency opportunities, standardizing workflows, and leveraging automation and AI to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and enhance scalability

Work closely with market teams and internal stakeholders (sourcing, legal and leadership to ensure alignment and identify further opportunities for efficiency, standardisation and expansion.

Manage team capacity, structure, and prioritization across hiring and operations, including scaling resources based on demand

Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management while balancing speed and business needs

Consolidate and standardize contingent workforce training materials across APAC to drive consistent process adoption and reduce dependency on manual guidance

Drive people and culture across APAC to strengthen collaboration and embed consistent ways of working,

Qualifications
What you will need:

Experience working with vendors or agencies.

Superior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage complex projects.

12-14 years professional experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Expert user of Microsoft office tools especially PowerPoint.

Post graduate education/Master’s degree will be highly regarded.
