Job Summary
Sri Chaithra Coach Solution is looking for a hardworking and responsible Office Assistant cum Store Helper to support office administration, material management, and day-to-day factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing.
- Deliver and collect documents from suppliers, banks, transport offices, and government departments.
- Purchase office stationery and other required items.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Store & Material Management
- Receive and verify incoming materials.
- Maintain stock registers and material issue records.
- Organize and arrange materials in the store.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory verification.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Factory Support
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Transport materials between departments as required.
- Support production teams in material availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and office area.
Requirements
- Qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Ability to maintain simple records and stock registers.
- Good communication skills.
- Two-wheeler license preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
