Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver practical, instructor-led training sessions for students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core cybersecurity concepts, ethical hacking fundamentals, network security practices, and real-world security scenarios through hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live training sessions on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced security concepts
- Deliver hands-on labs covering ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and security tools
- Teach network security, web application security, and threat mitigation techniques
- Provide real-world case studies and practical demonstrations
- Mentor learners and resolve technical queries
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices
- Experience with ethical hacking and penetration testing methodologies
- Familiarity with security tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, or similar
- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
- Experience with Linux and basic scripting (Python/Bash preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity or information security experience
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred
- Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus
Work Schedule
- Part-time engagement
- Weekday evening or weekend batches
- Flexible training hours
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
